Court allows Lalu to go abroad for treatment

Patna, Sep 22 (UNI) The CBI special court hearing the matter related to fodder scam involving Rashtriya Janta Dal ( RJD) superimo Lalu Prasad Yadav granted him permission on Thursday to visit Singapore for treatment.
The special judge Mahesh Kumar while hearing the application of Yadav allowed him to go to Singapore.
Earlier the Counsel of Yadav had moved an application before the special judge had mentioned that Yadav has to visit Singapore for treatment for which permission of the court was essential. In the application it was also mentioned that Yadav had already got the permission from the court in connection with 5 pending cases of fodder scam in Ranchi.
