Hyderabad, Jan 7 (UNI) Hyderabad has experienced its best performance in both the commercial and residential real estate sectors in years, according to Knight Frank India''s latest report, "India Real Estate: Residential and Office (July - December 2024)."
The city witnessed a remarkable 17 percent year-on-year (YoY) growth in office transaction volumes, totaling 10.3 million square feet, marking the highest since 2020. This surge is attributed to Hyderabad’s world-class infrastructure, quality of life, and growing appeal to both national and international businesses.
