UN report projects Pakistan's GDP growth at 2.3 pc

Islamabad, May 16 (UNI) A United Nations report has projected that Pakistan's GDP is likely to grow by 2.3 percent in 2025-26.
According to the report, the restive South Asian country can expect some “moderate growth, stabilising after a period of economic contraction”.
The report, titled ‘The UN World Economic Situation and Prospects 2025’ attributed this growth to declining inflation, which has allowed most of the region’s central banks to commence or continue monetary easing in 2025.
