Tirupati: More reforms in Srivari Seva voluntary system soon, says official

Tirupati, Apr 25 (UNI) Aiming to provide better services to the visiting pilgrims, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has decided to enhance the quality of Srivari seva volunteers by imparting training and inviting experts from various fields to participate in the services, a top official said on Friday.
TTD Executive Officer J Syamala Rao, who held a review meeting with the officials here, said a large number of Srivari Sevaks are coming to Tirumala from different parts of the country, to offer services to the multitude of visiting pilgrims.
He suggested that proper training be imparted to them in a planned manner and make best use of their services.

Rubber tapper mauled to death by tiger in Malappuram
