PFI activists to be sent Delhi for detailed probe

Kochi, Sep 22 (UNI) National Investigation Agency (NIA), which took into custody of 25 Popular Front of India (PFI) activists during the state-wide raids on Thursday, will send 14 of them to Delhi for further investigation and produce 11 before the NIA court in Kochi.
The NIA will send 14 including national President OMA Salam and national secretary Naraudheen Elamaram, to Delhi for a detailed interrogation.
Earlier this morning, the NIA took into the custody of OMA Salam from his houses at Manjeri, Naraudheen Elamaram from Vazhakkad, State President CP Muhammed Basheer from Thirunavaya in Malappuram district, sources said.
