Mesmerizing debut for Suhana-Khushi-Agastya in Zoya's 'The Archies’

New Delhi, May 14 (UNI) From Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda to King Khan Shah Rukh Khan's 'princess' Suhana and late actress Sridevi's youngest daughter, Khushi Kapoor, all will make their Bollywood debut in style with ace director Zoya Akhtar's 'The Archies’.
Netflix on Saturday announced the cast of its musical drama – produced by Tiger Baby Films (Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar) in collaboration with Archie Comics and Graphic India.

Set in the 1960s, this musical drama is headlined by an exciting fresh ensemble.
The film will feature Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Khushi Kapoor, Suhana Khan, Yuvraj Menda, Agastya Nanda and Vedang Raina in key roles.
The seven young actors will play the beloved characters from the hugely popular Archie Comics.
"Another SONrising....my GRANDson," announced BigB in his quintessential unapologetic style, especially coming after some of his brutal rebuttal to trolls after he came out in support of son Abhishek's 'Dasvi'.
Agastya is Amitabh's daughter Shweta's son.
SRK steered clear of any comment on Suhana's debut though.
Wife and celebrity mom, Gauri Khan tweeted: "Congratulations… all the best to all the amazing kids and team of #TheArchies . And who better than #ZoyaAkhtar to guide them through this journey!! You did it Suhana!!!!!!!"
Netflix and director and producer writer team alongside, Khushi's big sis Jahnvi shared the poster.
The announcement featuring the cast and a catchy music track by Ankur Tiwari and the Islanders serves glimpse into the life that will soon come to life.

The film has the iconic gang of 'The Archies’ at the center of it, and perfectly matches the youthful energy, hope and excitement of the sixties era.

"A musical experience bursting with youth, rebellion, friendships, first loves and everything young adult, still promises to have something for every generation. We can’t wait to see the new kids on the block!" the OTT platform said.

Archie Comics is GOAT for comic lovers across the teen world.
The most popular and beloved humor, action-adventure-filled high school years of Archie, Jughead, Betty and Veronica, Reggie continue to woo the readers and audiences.
As usual "nepotism" charges raised its head at the onset.
