Arunachal Dy CM says efforts on to make job seekers to job providers

Itanagar, May 14 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Saturday said
that efforts are on to make the educated youths of the state from job seekers to job providers and Government has taken up various initiatives to support this by providing skill training and hand holding the entrepreneurs through Innovation and Investment Parks.
He also said that the Govt is implementing many schemes such as Deen Dayal Upadhyay Swalambhan Yojana, CM’s District Innovation Scheme and various schemes under AtmaNirbhar Yojana in agriculture and allied sectors for the upliftment of rural economy and to make the state’s people self-reliant.

Manipur government to provide annual grant to theatre body: CM

Imphal, May 20 (UNI) The Manipur government will consider providing an annual grant of around Rs. 20 to 30 lakhs to the Manipur State Shumang Leela Council (MSSLC) for the welfare of Shumang Leela (theatre) artists, Chief Minister N. Biren Singh said on Friday.Addressing the 18th Shumang Leela Ningtham Kumhei here, the Chief Minister further stated that the Iboyaima Shumang Leela Shanglen complex would be exclusively reserved only for Shumang Leela. He said the proposal for renovation of Iboyaima Shumang Leela Shanglen would also be looked into by the government.
