UP to develop food forests in 15 districts

Lucknow, May 17 (UNI) In an innovative initiative for environmental protection, the Uttar Pradesh Government has introduced the concept of 'Food Forest' for increasing the green cover.

For this, the government has identified 15 districts of different agro-climatic zones. Food forests will be developed in these districts during the next six months with the help of local farmers.
