UP: Three killed, 2 injured as car collides with container

Etawah (UP), Feb 17 (UNI) Three devotees were killed and two others were seriously injured when a car collided with a container in the Jaswant Nagar area of the Etawah district here in Uttar Pradesh on Monday, a senior police officer said.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sanjay Kumar said that the accident took place in Nagla Kanhai village in front of Sarai Bhupat railway station on the national highway when the car collided with a container while trying to overtake.
"Leela Devi (65), Bachchu Singh (68), and Kamlesh Devi (60) were killed, whereas Rajkumari (50) and Mohan Singh (36) were seriously injured and have been sent to CHC Jaswantnagar for treatment," he said.
