The deadline for journalists' accreditation extended to Sep 30

Hyderabad, June 19 (UNI) Hanumantha Rao, Special Commissioner of the State Information and Civil Relations Department, has issued an order extending the deadline for the accreditation (identification card) of working journalists in the state to September 30.
According to government orders, district collectors, who serve as the chairmen of the district-level accreditation committee, are directed to take appropriate action. The State Information Department provides accreditation cards to working journalists every two years. While the current deadline was set to expire on June 30, it has now been extended to September 30, the orders stated.
