Telangana: KCR lambasts Congress, calls for vigilant opposition

Hyderabad, Apr 13 (UNI) BRS president and former chief minister Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) on Saturday launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, accusing them of betraying the public trust with false assurances and emphasising the need for a robust opposition to ensure accountability.

g a public meeting called "Praja Ashiwada Sabha" in Chevella, he reiterated the pivotal role played by Dr B R Ambedkar's principles in the formation of Telangana, symbolised by installation of a monumental 125-foot statue and dedication of the state secretariat in his honour.
