Sports needed to be made part of curriculum from schooling: JNTUK VC

Kakinada, Apr 26 (UNI) JNTUK Vice-chancellor Prof GVR Prasadaraju said that sports should be made part of the curriculum from schooling itself so that the students would come up bright all round.
Sports would create confidence, happiness, health and of all promote leadership qualities’ he added while participating as the Chief Guest for the University college of Engineering Sports Day celebrations held at the alumni auditorium here on Friday.
Registrar Prof L Sumalatha said participation in sports and games was also essential for the students along with studies. In everyone there will be some hidden talent and when coupled with efforts they could reach new heights in their lives.
