Servitors lit Diya for salvation of people died and speedy recovery of passengers injured in Balasore

Kendrapada, June 3 (UNI) Members of Baladev Sena and the servitors of Baladevjew temple lit
diyas in front of sun pillar (arun Stambha) of Lord Baladevjew temple here in Ichhapur on Saturday evening praying for the salvation of people who died in Train accident in Balasore.
They prayed Lord Baladevjew to bless the departed soul of triple train tragedy to get liberated from the cycle of life and death and to give enough strength to bereaved family members to overcome the tragedy.

Tripura to host immersion carnival of Durga idols in Agartala

Agartala, Oct 2 (UNI) Information and Cultural Affairs of Tripura will host a colourful immersion carnival of Goddess Durga on October 26 from Agartala city centre where about 100 idols would be taken out in the mega event, officials said here on Monday.
Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha and Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Dipak Majumdar held the preparatory meeting for hosting Mayer Goman and Sharad Sanman-2023 with the officials of district administration, public representatives, police and various other departments on Sunday and directed to finalise the plan of the event before Durga puja begins on October 20.
