S Korean ruling party leader, PM meeting after Prez Yoon address

Seoul, Dec 7 (UNI) The leader of the ruling People Power Party of South Korea, Han Dong-hoon, and Prime Minister Han Duck-soo are holding an emergency meeting following an address from President Yoon Suk-yeol, Yonhap news agency reported.
On Saturday, Yoon issued an address in which he apologised for imposing martial law in the country and said he would not re-introduce it amid the upcoming vote on his impeachment. He also said he would not avoid political and legal responsibility in connection with the declaration of martial law.
He vowed to leave all decisions, including his term, to his People Power Party to decide in order to stabilize the nation, earlier reports said.

"The attack achieved its goal successfully," Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Sarea said in the statement aired by Houthi-run al-Masirah TV.
