Ram temple to have better access as Yogi govt approves 1k cr projects

Lucknow, Dec 3 (UNI) The Yogi Adityanath government has approved projects worth about Rs 1,000 crores to provide direct road connectivity from various locations to the magnificent Ram temple being built in Ayodhya.
An official spokesman said on Saturday that the initiatives taken by the state government include land acquisition for road connectivity, rehabilitation of residents, shop owners and construction of new buildings. "With this, all the roads leading to Ram Janmabhoomi will be widened and beautified, creating a beautiful ambiance for pilgrims who travel there to meet Lord Ram Lalla," he said.
The spokesman said that keeping in mind the convenience of the devotees a 0.566 kilometer four-lane road is being built from Sugriva Fort to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Marg, which has been named Janmabhoomi Path. "Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave his approval in a high-level meeting for the development project, which will cost approximately Rs 83.33 crore in total, including land purchases and other projects," he said.
