President Rule in Manipur indicates bankruptcy of double engine govt. :CPI

Patna, Feb 14 (UNI) Communist Party of India (CPI) state Secretary Ramnaresh Pandey alleged that imposition of President's rule in Manipur indicates total bankruptcy of the double engine government of BJP.
Accusing the BJP of the violence Manipur has been facing for the past two years, Pandey alleged here on Friday that the President's rule in Manipur was not in the interest of the state but was imposed to sort out the internal bickerings in the ruling NDA in the state.
He alleged that RSS supported the then Chief Minister N Biren Singh, the main culprit of the violence, and was forced to resign.
