BUDAPEST, Dec. 8, 2023 (UNI/Xinhua) -- People help cars stuck in snow to move after a heavy snow fall in Budapest, Hungary, on Dec. 7, 2023. The heavy snowfall that began Wednesday evening and continued overnight was still causing disruptions in central and western Hungary on Thursday afternoon. The country's National Directorate General for Disaster Management said on Thursday morning that its units had been dispatched to 300-odd incidents, mainly caused by fallen trees and branches.
