None will be spared if found guilty: Prime Minister

Bhubaneswar, June 3 (UNI) None will be spared and strong action will be taken against those found guilty, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said after reviewing the situation at Balasore in Odisha, where 288 people were killed and hundreds injured in a tragic train accident.
The Prime Ministe said, " The accident has moved all of us. Order is issued to inquire the accident from all aspects and guilty will not be spared. "
After visiting the accident site and interacting with the injured at the Balasore district headquarter hospital, the Prime Minister said, "It is a very tragic incident and he has no word to describe it."
He said, "The people we lost cannot be taken back but the government is with the family members of the victims. "

Modi said he prayed God to give enough strength in this hour of crisis to overcome the tragedy.
"Odisha government and the administration and the people of the area have tried their best to help in rescue operation. They toiled hard throughout the night to donate blood and help in the rescue operation," the Prime Minister said and bowed to the local people for their assistance .
He thanked the Odisha government, the local administration and the common people who toiled for the whole night and extended their support in the rescue operation.
He said the incident has taught many lessons. System will be strengthened to give security to the citizens.
The Prime Minister, who arrived at Bahanaga, by a special Airforce Helicopter from Kalaikunda Airbase, reviewed the relief works that are underway with high Railway officials and Railway
Minister at the mishap site.
He interacted with local authorities, personnel from the disaster relief forces and railways and emphasised on whole of goverment approach to mitigate this monumental tragedy.
The Prime Minister spoke to Cabinet Secretary and Health Minister from the mishap site and
asked them to ensure that all needed help is provided to the injured and their families.
He also said special care must be taken to ensure that the bereaved families do not face inconvenience and those affected keep getting assistance they require.
He said Odisha government and the administration and the people of the area have tried their best to help in rescue operation .
Modi said he has talked with the injured people in the hospital and inquired about their health.
" I have no words to describe the incident," the PM added.
