Nitish, RCP not to campaign in UP assembly elections

Patna, Jan 28 (UNI) In a surprise move, JD(U) has not included names of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Union Minister RCP Singh in list of star campaigners submitted to Election Commission for upcoming Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.
JD(U) has submitted a list of star campaigners to Election Commission for Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, as required under law before any Lok Sabha or Assembly elections. Surprisingly, supreme leader of JD(U) and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Union Minister RCP Singh do not figure in the list of star campaigners for upcoming Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.
JD(U) has been making its intention clear for the last four to five months, to contest Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. Soon after becoming president of JD(U) Rajeev Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh had announced last year that his party was willing to contest Uttar Pradesh assembly elections as
