Nitish announces Rs 2 lakh ex-gratia for families of two labourers killed in Asam

Patna, Dec 3 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh to the nearest kin of each of the two Bihari labourers killed in a chimney blast in Assam's Kachhar district.
Condoling the death of the labourers belonging to Bachata village of Khagaria district in Bihar the Chief Minister directed the authorities concerned to provide the ex gratia from the Chief Minister's relief fund.
He also asked the state's resident commissioner, New Delhi, to co-ordinate with the Assam Government and make all possible arrangements to bring the mortal remains of the labourers.
