Night temp above normal at isolated places over Punjab and Bihar

Pune, Nov 12 (UNI) Night temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1°C or more) at isolated places over Punjab and Bihar; appreciably above normal (3.1°C to 5.0°C) at many places over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh; at a few places over west Rajasthan; at isolated places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Uttarakhand, and east Rajasthan; above normal (1.6°C to 3.0°C) at many places over Himachal Pradesh and Jharkhand; at a few places over Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal and Sikkim, and Gujarat Region; at isolated places over Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura.
Today, the lowest minimum temperature of 12.4°C was reported at Ajmer (Rajasthan) over the plains of the country.
Rain or thundershowers have occurred at many places in Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh and Andaman and Nicobar Kerala and at a few places in Lakshadweep, and at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, south interior Karnataka, and Kerala.
