UNSC starts meetings with moment of silence over Russia Concert Hall terrorist attack

Washington, Mar 25 (UNI) The UN Security Council on Monday started its meetings with a moment of silence to mourn the victims of the deadly terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue outside Moscow, a Sputnik correspondent reported.
The council is holding two meetings on Monday morning - a Russia-requested informal meeting on the impact of unilateral sanctions on the ability of countries to combat terrorism and a separate session to vote on a Gaza ceasefire resolution.
The participants of the meetings rose from their seats and observed a moment of silence to commemorate over 130 victims of the attack.
