Cash, liquor, other materials collectively worth Rs 67 lakh seized in Nanded: collector

Nanded, Mar 20 (UNI) Cash, liquor and other materials collectively worth Rs 67 lakh have been seized in the district till Wednesday evening since code of conduct came into force in district, informed collector Abhijit Raut.
Presiding over a review meeting held at collector's office here, he has directed different systems to speed up the seizure process without causing any harm to anyone.
He instructed concerned officials that in case of any confiscation of cash, illegal liquor, narcotics or weapons, they should feed that information in the Election Seizure Management System App, created by Election Commission, immediately.
