Chennai, Apr 3 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M.K.Stalin on Wednesday said that the BJP's Washing machine style--wherein corruption cases against prominent politicians of various parties, cutting across party lines, who have shifted to the saffron party, have either been closed or stalled--was exposed.
Citing a newspaper report, Mr Stalin said since 2014, 25 prominent politicians, cutting across party lines, facing action from Central agencies for alleged corruption, have crossed over to the BJP.
In 23 of these cases, their political move has translated into reprieve. Three of the cases have been closed, while 20 others remain stalled or in cold storage,the report said.
