Vijayawada, April 8 (UNI) The TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu here on Monday promised a Rs 6,000 monthly pension for the physically challenged if the TDP, Jana Sena, and the BJP alliance voted to power.
"Some physically challenged people met me during my recent visit to Sattenapalli and submitted a memorandum in which they wanted some financial assistance. On their request, I made a promise to them that a Rs 6,000 monthly pension will be paid for them immediately after the NDA comes to power," Naidu said in a press note released here on Monday.
