First dispatch from RINL’s forged wheel plant in UP to Rlys Workshop in Lucknow

Visakhapatnam, Dec 22 (UNI) First dispatch of 51 Loco wheels flagged off to Lucknow Workshop, Indian Railways, from Visakhapatnam-based Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL)’s Forged Wheel plant (FWP) set up at Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday.
The first dispatch of wheels flagged by RINL Director (Commercial) DK Mohanty and Director (Operations) AK Saxena, RINL, the corporation entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) said in a release here.
RINL has set up the plant at Rae Bareli at a cost of around Rs 1,700 crore with a production capacity of one lakh pieces of forged wheels per annum.
