Rahul Gandhi's absence on the last leg of campaign might decrease enthusiasm of UDF workers

Wayanad, Apr 23 (UNI) The absence of AICC leader and incumbent MP, Rahul Gandhi during the last leg of election campaign might decrease the enthusiasm of the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) workers, at Wayanad and nearby constituencies in North Malabar, at Kannur, Vadakara, and Kozhikode Lok Sabha constituencies.
Rahul Gandhi is fighting from Wayanad in Kerala against CPI national leader Annie Raja (wife of CPI General Secretary D Raja) and BJP State President K Surendran.
BJP national President J P Nadda, Assam Chief Minister Hemantha Biswas Sarma campaigned for K Surendran, and, Tamil Nadu BJP leader Annamalai will join on the last day of the campaign tomorrow.
