Manappuram reports net profit of Rs 370 crore as on Sep 20, 2021

Thrissur (Kerala), Nov 13 (UNI) Manappuram Finance Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 369.88 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2021, the company said in a statement on Saturday.
The profit is lower by 8.8% compared to Rs 405.44 crore reported in the year-ago quarter, a press release said here on Saturday.
However, the company’s consolidated assets under management (AUM) grew by 5.7 per cent to Rs 28,421.63 crore from Rs 26,902.73 crore a year ago, and by 14.8 per cent in comparison to Rs 24,755.99 crore reported in the preceding quarter (Q1).

Telangana reports 3,877 new Covid-19 cases, two fatalities

Hyderabad, Jan 28 (UNI) Telangana state reported 3,877 new Covid-19 cases until 1730 hours on Friday, to push the cumulative caseload to 7,54,976 till date.
Covid-19 deaths surged to 4,083 after two patients succumbed to the deadly virus translating a case fatality rate of 0.56 per cent, according to the bulletin issued by the Office of the Director, Public Health and Family Welfare here tonight.
A total of 2,981 people have recovered from coronavirus statewide taking the overall recoveries thus far to 7,10,476 constituting a recovery rate of 94.11 per cent.
