Haveri, Apr 3 (UNI) Former Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, who is also the BJP candidate for the Gadag-Haveri Lok Sabha constituency, said that since Narendra Modi became Prime Minister, the era of coalition governments has ended.
"The political parties have seen small parties ruling Bharat, but the era of coalition government has ended after Modi became the PM. It is good to have one party ruling in the interest of development and safety of the nation," he told reporters here.
Bommai believed that people have opted for single-party rule for the country's development and safety. He praised PM Modi's leadership, underlining his unique qualities and effectiveness in governance.
