HP: BJP has politically disrobed Constitution : Congress

Dehra ( Kangra ) Apr 22(UNI) Himachal Pradesh Congress Spokesperson Sapan Sood on Monday alleged that the Power-hungry BJP has politically disrobed the Constitution by resorting to an undemocratic process for the election to Rajya Sabha and Chandigarh Mayor posts.
Sood in a statement blamed the BJP for hatching a conspiracy to destabilize the Congress government led by Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, who had a majority, by transacting crores of rupees with the help of the MLAs expelled from the Congress party. The expelled Congress MLAs joined the BJP and are now contesting the by-elections being held for six assembly seats of the state.
He described Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu's statement to save democracy from the hands of the BJP in the interest of the country and the state,
