Modi govt protecting culture of India; will surely return to power in 2024: RSS J&K unit

Jammu, Mar 18 (UNI) Stating that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi headed government in the Centre is protecting the culture of India, the Jammu and Kashmir unit of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh on Saturday said that the Modi government will definitely return to power in 2024.
“PM Modi led government is working to protect the culture of India,” Dr Gautam Mengi, Prant Sanghachalak, RSS here told reporters at a press conference.
He was flanked by Dr Vikrant Sharma, Prant Karyavah.
Dr Mengi added further that the true identities of India are not Taj Mahal and Lal Qila but Ram Mandir, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Mahakal Temple of Indore.
“This government is doing a tremendous job and we agree on this,” said the RSS leader.
He also added that the Modi government is dealing with terrorism with iron hands, adding, “those having links with terrorists and supporting the terror activities, are being terminated for services, their properties are being attached, many are jailed and arrested for economic offences.”
But for terrorists, a bullet is the only answer, said Dr Mengi.
“Modi government is encouraging Hindutava and we want this government to return to power,” said the RSS leader adding that Jammu and Kashmir is fighting against terrorism but is being curbed under a well planned strategy.
“Normalcy is being restored and democracy reaching to the grass root level,” he stated and said that dynastic politics ruled Jammu and Kashmir for decades and the political parties ruled earlier, never allowed democracy to reach masses.
He also revealed that 34 to 35 units of RSS are constituted under different banners and ideologies across the country, adding, “Sangh believes in contact followed by friendship and later involvement into the ‘shakha’ (branch) for further grooming as per the ideologies.”
Dr Vikrant Sharma said that 7.5 lakh people through social media have desired to join RSS.
