Task force formed to end single-use plastic in Jammu & Srinagar

Jammu, Dec 25 (UNI) In order to eliminate single-use plastic across the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, government has framed City Level Task Forces for Jammu and Srinagar cities.
As per the orders issued by the General Administration Department, City Level Task Forces for Jammu and Srinagar have been constituted.
The City Level Task Force for Jammu to have Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation as its Chairman while Additional District Magistrate, Jammu as Member, Secretary, Jammu Municipal Corporation as Convener and District Officer, J&K Pollution Control Committee, Jammu as Member.
