JK witnesses 179 fresh COVID-19 cases, two deaths

Srinagar, Nov 23 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory (UT) on Tuesday recorded 179 fresh cases of coronavirus COVID 19 and witnessed two deaths due to the virus during the past 24 hours, an official spokesman said.
He said, of the fresh cases, 30 were from Jammu division and 149 from Kashmir valley taking the total number of infected cases to 3,35,707.
Two fresh deaths due to the virus were reported from the UT in the past 24 hours, taking the overall total of people who died due to the virus to 4,464, the spokesman said.
