BSF recovered 5kg of heroin along with Pakistani drone

Ferozepur, Apr 20 (UNI) BSF troops received information regarding the presence of a drone along with a bag containing a consignment of heroin in the border area of district Ferozepur. Responding swiftly, BSF troops carried out an extensive search operation in the suspected area.
The BSF search successfully recovered One drone, along with three packets of heroin weighing 2.7 kg, The packets were packed in a blue bag with a torch attached for nighttime indication and attached to the drone with a hook. The recovery took place in a farming field in the village Jangir Singh ki Dhani in Ferozepur District.
The recovered drone is a China-made DJI Matrice 300 RTK.
