HP: No further constructions without the approval of the town and village planning department

Hamirpur (HP), Dec 31(UNI)The Town and Country Planning Department has taken strict cognizance of the illegal construction works in some areas of the Hamirpur planning area and has told the people to desist from such activities, it was reported on Friday.
The Town and Village Planner Harjinder Singh said that during the surprise inspections carried out by the teams of the department, illegal construction works were detected along the National Highways and drains without the prior approval of the department.
He said that some people are doing illegal construction in the villages of Loharda, Chhal Buchla, Lahar, and Rakdayal near Hamir Hospital.
