Aizawl, Apr 12(UNI) Former Union Minister and senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh, on Friday, accused the BJP-led NDA regime headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi of scrapping the Free Movement Regime for its failure to end ethnic strife in Manipur.

Interacting with the media in Aizawl, Ramesh said that the central government blamed Myanmar as it could not control violence in Manipur and resorted to the abolition of the FMR.
