Unnecessary investigations can cause major disadvantages: Expert

Patna, Dec 21 (UNI) Executive Member of the Federation of Hospital Administrator, Dr Naresh Purohit on Tuesday said that unnecessary investigations are directionless and can cause major disadvantages.
Dr Purohit told UNl here that healthcare lately has become an exceedingly attractive business venture and laboratories for various investigations are simply mushrooming.
Their growth may best be described as haphazard and their utilisation without any definite direction and control.
