Bihar logs 4551 new Covid-19 cases

Patna, Jan 18 (UNI) With 154010 samples tested in the last 24 hours, 4551 fresh cases of Covid-19 were registered on Tuesday.
At present, there are 33883 active cases in the state.
The worst hit was Patna with 1218 fresh cases, followed by 399 in Samastipur, 227 in Muzaffarpur, 192 in Purnia and Begusarai each, 157 in Darbhanga, 136 in Saran, 133 in Munger, 132 in Bhagalpur, 123 in Vaishali, 107 in Katihar and Nalanda each, 101 in Madhepura and the other districts reported cases below hundred, state Health Department sources said.
