Experion plans to launch a new land parcel

New Delhi, Jan 3 (UNI) The overarching Consumer preference has seen a shift due to the prolonged pandemic across every sector, with real estate being the driver. The opportunity to live in independent houses, scope for value appreciation and plenty of open space are decisive factors that have steered demand for plots, independent floors and villas. Thus, Residential plots are seeing significant traction amongst buyers.

Therefore, Experion, a 100% FDI-funded real estate developer backed by Experion Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore, is planning to launch a 16-acres land parcel which will be part of the Westerlies, Sector-108 Gurugram, one of their award-winning integrated townships. The launch would be in January 2022 with an approximate valuation of 200 crores.

The Westerlies is one of the best townships of Dwarka Expressway micro-market, strategically located 0 km from the Delhi border, and designed to give you a fuller and richer life. Furnished with perfect ambience and replete with the finest amenities possible for a healthy lifestyle such as Bicycle Paths, Reflexology Footpath, Running Tracks, Amphitheater and dedicated playing fields for kids with provision for nursery and primary schools. The residential project aims to offer the perfect ambience for curious minds and more.

Since more and more individuals are embracing their individuality and changing the way they live, townships and residential plots have always been a top-of-mind alternative for homebuyers. Accordingly, developers in NCR are also focusing on townships comprising residential Plots, Floors and Villas.

Speaking on the occasion, B K Malagi, CEO Experion Developers, said, “Sales at The Westerlies have witnessed an upward trend since its initial launch in 2014 with the numbers surging higher post August 2020. The Westerlies is visualized and planned to extend the best facilities and a holistic quality of life to its customers. We are generating great response from our other projects while revenue from The Westerlies has witnessed month-on-month growth since H2 FY20-21. We are pleased to launch this new land parcel soon at our world-class integrated township, The Westerlies, in Gurugram.”

Dr. Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi, Senior Executive Director-S&M, apprised us that the progress of work on Dwarka expressway is ensuring consistent demand and appreciation both. In certain pockets, prices of plots have already gone up from Rs 40,000 psyd to Rs 80,000 psyd plus within two years. As the development in this micro-market completes, buyers will witness more gains. Proximity to Delhi’s International Airport is a driver too.
