Ascensive listed on BSE Startups Platform

Mumbai, Jan12 (UNI) Ascensive Educare Ltd became the 14th company to get listed on the BSE Startup Platform on Wednesday.

Ascensive Educare came out with an initial public offering of 8,68,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs 26 per equity share, aggregating to Rs.2.26 crore. The company successfully completed its public issue on January 4.
Ascensive Educare, a West Bengal-based company, is engaged in the business of training and skill development offering vocational training and educational consulting in collaboration with governments, industries and industry associations.
