South Indian ORA decides to discontinue Oneplus product sales from May 1

Hyderabad, Apr 10 (UNI) The South Indian Organised Retailers Association (ORA), the registered association of the Organised Retailer Chains in India, on Wednesday decided to discontinue of Oneplus Product Sales from May 1, 2024, due to unresolved Concerns.
In a letter addressed to Ranjeet Singh, sales director Oneplus Technology India Private Limited Bengaluru, ORA President Sridhar T S said throughout the past year, we have encountered significant obstacles associated with selling OnePlus products, which remain unresolved.
These challenges include Narrow profit margins; Delays in claim processing ; Mandatory bundling and Model-specific bundling targets, he said despite our persistent efforts to address these concerns with the OnePlus company, little progress or resolution has been achieved but promises made have not been fulfilled, leaving us with no recourse but to take this drastic measure.
As esteemed partners, we had hoped for a more fruitful collaboration with OnePlus, but the ongoing issues have left us with no alternative and discontinue the sale of OnePlus products in our stores, he said.
ORA painfully wishes to inform our collective decision to halt the retail of OnePlus products in our establishments from May 1, 2024, Sridhar said.
He urged OnePlus to proactively address these concerns before April end .
