Maha: 15 Congress leaders, spokespersons to bust BJP's fake narrative

Mumbai, Jul 20 (UNI) In a bid to curb false propaganda of the ruling party and make people of the state aware about the truth, the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) on Saturday assigned the responsibility to a team of 15 leaders and spokespersons as per instructions of Congress' state in-charge Ramesh Chennithala.
An official press statement stated that state party president Nana Patole, Leader of the Congress Legislature Party Balasaheb Thorat, Leader of the Opposition Vijay Wadettiwar, former chief minister Prithviraj Chavan, former state president and Goa in-charge Manikrao Thakre, Congress Group Leader in the Legislative Council Satej Patil, state working president and former minister Naseem Khan, MP Chandrakant Handore, former minister Dr Nitin Raut, MLAs Yashomati Thakur, Amit Deshmukh, Dr Vishwajeet Kadam, chief spokesperson Atul Londhe, Sachin Sawant, Charan Singh Sapra will convey the Congress party's position to the people through press conferences and media interactions.
The responsibility of coordinating with them has been given to the state Congress media coordinator Shrinivas Bikkad, informed state vice-president for organisation Nana Gawande in the statement.
