J&K: Under PM Modi's leadership India touching new heights: Rajnath Singh

Jammu, Apr 15 (UNI) Seeking vote for the BJP candidate from Kathua-Udhampur Lok Sabha seat Dr Jitendra Singh, Union Minister and senior leader Rajnath Singh on Monday said under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is touching new heights.
“India has emerged as the strongest country globally on all fronts under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendera Modi,” said Singh addressing a public rally in Basholi tehsil of Kathua district.
Udhampur Lok Sabha seat will go to polls on April 19.
Singh also said in the Sankalp Patra (Sankalp Patra) of BJP, PM Modi has ensured the inclusion of free treatment to people above 70 years of age no matter to which income group they belong to.
He urged the people to vote in large numbers in favour of Dr Jitendera Singh stating that BJP is committed to safeguard the rights of women.Singh also added that BJP will win all seats in Jammu and Kashmir in Lok Sabha election.
Making a mention of surgical strike, Singh said that India has the world’s best military might and has power to strike at its enemy from its own soil and also in the enemy’s territory across LoC.
The Defence Minister taking a jibe at the National Conference, PDP and Congress alleged that these political parties misused Article 370 for their own political benefits.
Mehbooba said nobody would pick up Tiranga in J&K if Article 370 would be abolished, but the national flag is flying high in every house and government buildings, he stated.
