Interim stay by HC to stop MVA era development works, blow to Shinde Govt: Tapase

Mumbai, Dec 3 (UNI) Nationalist Congress Party's state chief spokesperson Mahesh Tapase on Saturday expressed the view that the Bombay High Court has given an interim stay to the decision to stop the development works of the Maha Vikas Aghadi government and has dealt a blow to the Shinde-Fadnavis government.
In his statement Mr Tapase stated that,we have been saying that the administration of the Shinde-Fadnavis government was unplanned from the beginning, the Shinde-Fadnavis government had planned to cancel all the decisions and development works taken by the MVA government, but the decision given by the Bombay High Court has proved that the decisions of the MVA government were correct,he said.
On the other hand, he has directly accused that the Shinde-Fadnavis government is feeding these officers at home and is literally squandering the public's money by not appointing 500 officers for five months who were waiting for appointments. If they had been given immediate appointments, they would have paid attention to public affairs, but instead of taking such decisions, the Shinde-Fadnavis government is busy doing politics on emotional challenges, decisions and emotional issues,he added.
