HP: Nambardar booked for forging matriculation certificate

Shimla, Apr 27(UNI) A Nambardar was booked for forging a matriculation certificate in Shimla district on Saturday.
Shimla District Superintendent of Police Sanjay Gandhi took action based on a complaint lodged by Rakesh Verma, of Deola Tehsil, Shimla on January 16, 2024.
Verma alleged that Sher Singh, the accused had utilized a fake certificate, purportedly issued by the National Institute of Open Schooling, to secure the post of Nambardar within the Nambardari Circle of Devla in 2019.
