Tirupati, June 6 (UNI) Former Union Minister Chinta Mohan on Tuesday expressed deep concern over the recent train accident in Odisha, stating that it was an unprecedented incident in the world.
Speaking to the media at the Tirupati Press Club, Dr Chinta Mohan claimed that the accident, which involved three trains - two express trains and one goods train - resulted in the tragic deaths of over 1,000 individuals, contrary to the Modi Government's claim of only 288 passenger fatalities.
He squarely blamed the Modi government for the tragedy, asserting that it was not just a result of human error, but also a reflection of the lack of supervision caused by the government's drive towards privatisation.
