Congress will file an appeal in court against in land use plan of cluster

Mumbai, June 3 (UNI) Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee(MPCC) President Nana Patole has said that the Congress party will file an appeal in court against change in land use plan of cluster development and IT park.
Mr Patole taking to newsmen here on today stated that, The Shinde Fadnavis government has decided to give a 50 percent discount in the premium in cluster development scheme in Mumbai and surrounding areas. This scheme has been brought for the benefit of big industrialists like Adani who is redeveloping Dharavi and builder minister Mangal prabhat Lodha.
Mr Patole took a swipe at the Shinde Fadnavis government and said, why is the cluster development scheme only for collective development? Why is this not a concession for redevelopment of one or two buildings?
