Children future is in hands of parents, teachers: AP CM

Bapatla, AP, Dec 7 (UNI) The future of the children is in the hands of their parents and the teachers and the students should always focus on updating themselves continuously using technology and only then they can reach the heights, observed Chief Minister, Mr Chandrababu Naidu, here on Saturday.
Addressing the Teachers and Parents meeting at the Bapatla Municipal School, the Chief Minister said that this is for the first time in the country a meeting is being organised with the parents and the teachers together. "I am very happy that we are holding this most affectionate meeting on a single day at 45,000 schools across the State in which 1.2 cr students and their parents are actively participating," the Chief Minister said.
Expressing the hope that this will certainly lay the foundation for radical reforms in the academic sector, Mr Chandrababu Naidu felt that if all of them, including the students, their parents, teachers along with the cooperation of the State Government, work in close coordination excellent results can be achieved. Making it clear that such affectionate meetings will be conducted regularly on December 7 every year, the Chief Minister told the students that they should never forget their teachers from whom they have learnt the basics.
