Wellington, Feb 14 (UNI) New Zealand on Friday made a change to their ICC Champions Trophy squad after pacer Ben Sears was ruled out due to a hamstring injury.
In a like-for-like replacement, Jacob Duffy has been drafted into the squad. The 30-year-old right-arm pacer has played 10 ODIs for the Black Caps since his debut in July 2022, claiming 18 wickets at an average of 25.94 and an economy rate of 6.25.
Duffy last featured for New Zealand in an ODI against Sri Lanka in Hamilton earlier this year, where he registered figures of 2/30.
