Bihar Minister smells conspiracy in New Delhi and Maha Kumbh stampedes

Patna, Feb 16 (UNI) Bihar Minister and senior BJP leader Dilip Jaiswal on Sunday said he suspected a conspiracy behind the stampedes at New Delhi railway station on Saturday night and at Maha Kumbh on January 29.
Jaiswal said despite the best of arrangements made by the government types of machinery at Prayagraj and also the Railways, stampedes got triggered at Mahakumbh and at New Delhi railway station.
Both incidents are being probed and it appeared that "some elements were deliberately trying to trigger" stampede, causing loss of precious lives, he added.
